Shipping

We can ship in the United States. 

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Please allow to 10 business days to process and ship your order. 

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We offer refund or exchange only on t-shirts and hoodies that were damaged or defective upon delivery. Since our products are made on demand, we recommend that before you place your order that you thoroughly check each item to make sure you have the correct size.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving to request a return on a defective, damaged or the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll  also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

The shipping time will take the same amount of time as a new order. If the items and/or your size are out of stock, we will give you a store credit that can be used at anytime on your next order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
